Shipping Information
IRIS – I Ride In Style is a Dutch company. We are based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, where the design of the apparel takes place. Also all items will be shipped from this location. We strive to provide the best shipping options, if you have a question, email ask@iris.cc.
All orders are processed and shipped up to three working days from the date when the order was placed (this excludes pre-orders). If you place an order on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be sent by Tuesday. All orders have tracking information so you can plan your first ride in your new clothing.
Shipping within the Netherlands
Shipping costs within within the Netherlands are € 6,00- We offer free shipping service above a basket value of €100,-
The estimated delivery times are on the order of 1-3 business days.
Shipping within Europe
Shipping costs within Europe are € 13,50 We offer free shipping service above a basket value of €150,-
The estimated delivery times are on the order of 4-6 business days. For express shipping, please contact us.
Shipping for the non-EU countries Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Great Britain and Iceland are € 20,- We offer free shipping service above a basket value of € 250,-
Shipping to Canada and United States of America
Shipping costs are € 25,50 We offer free shipping service above a basket value of € 250,-
The estimated delivery times are on the order of 4-10 business days. We do not deliver to PO boxes. We use FedEx Express shipping.
Shipping to the rest of the world
Shipping costs are € 35,- We offer free shipping service above a basket value of € 300,-

Customs, taxes and duties
All taxes and duties including customs and import taxes are the customer’s responsibilities and may be a government requirement of import. IRIS – I Ride In Style has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges.

IRIS – I Ride In Style will not take responsibility for any breakages after the order has been delivered in good condition. We are not responsible for any delivery delays after the order has left our studio or due to any circumstances beyond our control.
